In addition to his original music, Marc performs classic songs from The Great American Songbook, as well as popular and other music. Marc performs regularly in many venues around greater Boston. In addition to being a solo performer, he also has appeared as part of several duos, trios, and full bands. Marc has composed, produced, and recorded seven albums of original music. His music includes beautifully crafted instrumentals as well as love songs, intimate ballads, and a few novelty tunes. Much of his original music is well suited for movie soundtracks or other commercial venues. His songs have been featured on New England Cable News, as well as commercial websites. You can hear his music on CD Baby, Spotify, and other music venues.
Marc is also an accomplished photographer and astrophotographer. His photos have been featured in several area newspapers and in gallery showings in the greater Boston area as well as on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. He is a member of The Swampscott Art Association. Several of his photographs are regularly displayed and selling as part of exhibits in the greater Boston area. See the Gigs page for current exhibit details. Marc just returned from seeing and photographing the Total Solar Eclipse of April 8, 2024. On March 18, 2024 Marc won the People’s Choice Award for his photograph “Follow Me” at The Swampscott Art Associations Spring Exhibit. In addition, On April 3, 2024 Marc was featured on the front page of the Lynn Daily Item in Lynn Massachusetts. The Swampscott Art Associations’ Exhibit and Marc were both showcased. Marc has worked with Miami based Producer Mike Galvin (who also produced Marc’s last CD The Key) on his new CD, “One More Time” which contains 6 original songs and 7 jazz standards. Marc is thrilled to have completed this project (an alternative title was Pandemic Performances ) which blends his own songs with some of the most requested songs at his live performances. This album also features his multi-talented friend John DiTomaso on horns, adding to the fullness and beauty of this album. Marc is now currently at work in 2024 writing and gathering new material for an upcoming recording project. This project will once again be a blend of original songs and jazz standards.
